Retrieving straight imparts a smooth side to side action hard to imagine from such a small lure. With a slow retrieve it created surface splashes with its torque like action. Increasing the spread of retrieve this created bubbles with a high pitched roll.
To add further appeal work the rod to move the lure right to left then stop, working it on the surface. This action is deadly for estuary fishing, don't even think that this lure is too big for species such as bream, give it a go and you will be amassed at the action you will get.
